This project was a grass roots Utility Plant at the new Shintech plant in Plaquemine, LA

Scope of work:

Civil - Misc. equipment and support foundation.

Structural Steel - erection of approximately 550 tons of main pipe racks and misc. equipment structures and platforms.

Mechanical Equipment - setting and alignment of hundreds of pieces of equipment, including 4 package boilers (approx. 120,000 lbs.), clarifiers and thickeners - internal & walkways, tanks, vessels, exchangers, mixers, filters and pumps.

Piping - furnish fabrication and installation of approximately 65,000 L.F. of stainless steel, carbon steel, PVC, FRF and lined piping.
