This project is part of the overall program to renew the OISM (Organic Intermediates, Solvents and Monomers) facilities at the Dow Texas City site. The project is intended to renew the OXO, IPA, and associated In Plant Distribution (IPD) facilities.

Structural Steel - Approximately 180 tons that includes two structures, piperack and cable tray rack.

Process & Mechanical Equipment - Setting and alignment of approximately 138 pieces of equipment including two large Columns, Drums, Exchangers, Pots and Pumps.

Piping - Installation of approximately 23,000 LF of Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel Piping.
