This is the largest project for the Luling site. The scope of this project encompasses 4 major units ----GI5, GI4, PCL3 & Thermal Oxidizer Area. Monsanto's total investment for this project is around $200 Million and will increase the manufacturing capacity by 20% and increase the overall global supply of glyphosate by more than 10%.

Civil - 20,000 SF elevated floor slab.

Structural Steel - Approximately 1,500 tons; 2 main structures, piperacks and miscellaneous steel.

Mechanical Equipment - Glass lined reactors, Hydrolizer, Crystalizer, Tanks, Centrifuges, Tilt loaders, Thermal Oxidizer, Fin Fan Coolers, Exchangers, Pumps and Cooling Tower.

Piping - Approximately 80,000 LF of piping consisting of CS, SS, FRP, Lined Piping, Titanium, Alloy 20 and Hastelloy. All piping will be furnished and or fabricated by IDC.
