This project had two phases: boiler assembly and subsequent mechanical installation. The first phase included assembling of the boiler components (economizer, superheater, inlet and outlet ducts, etc) and interconnecting boiler piping. The second phase included installation of approximately 200 tons of structural steel and 15,000 feet of pipe. Pipe fabrications consisted of over 600 chrome and carbon steel pipe spool sizes.
