Our craftsmen are evaluated through the Associated Builders and Contractors Skill Assessment Program. This program is designed to assess the skill level of craftworkers and identify those areas in which individuals may require addtional training. Through implementation of this program, IDC will continue to provide a highly qualified, well-trained, productive, efficient, and safe workplace.
